Toast isn’t the worst breakfast food ever invented — but TBH we only fire up those soft, doughy squares whenever we forget to buy bacon or just ran out of milk for cereal.
But for some, health issues force them on a diet that includes toast — and nothing else. Adam Perry’s youngest daughter was one of those unfortunate ones.

Perry felt bad for serving his nine-year-old the same boring white toast with a specific sunflower spread every morning.

With creativity and perseverance, Perry decided to spice things up.

“I started playing with toast to get her excited about her breakfast again and to make both the girls laugh when they came down to eat,” Perry said.

The father-of-two uses a knife to carve the toast slices, always two pieces at a time, and then assembles them into different sculptures.

His artistic portfolio thus far includes a tea kettle, a miniature Christ The Redeemer statue, a boom box, a T-rex, and so much more.

He’s even made a toaster out of toast.

His favorite creation to date is a white bread version of his friend’s beach hut, which his family went to one weekend.

He also particularly enjoyed making his own take on the Roman Colosseum after vacationing in Rome.

Perry has been toasting bread and engineering them for over 100 days now. And he has no intention of stopping.

Since Perry started with this project, his youngest daughter has been enjoying her morning breakfasts more, and it gets a laugh out of his 13-year-old daughter as well.

A full-time musician and startup entrepreneur, Perry always has his hands full with work.
